Hi, I’m Toni - a nutrition coach, passionate foodie, and dog-mom who knows what it’s like to juggle health, family, and real life.
I have a PhD in Physiology and years of experience helping people find a way of eating that actually fits their lifestyle. My approach is simple: no fad diets, no guilt, and no “one-size-fits-all” plans. Instead, I focus on helping you build confidence around food, fuel your body well, and enjoy the process. My goal is to change the way people eat, forever.
