Tropical Sunrise Bowl
Start your day with a bit of sunshine - sweet juicy mango, crispy granola and tangy granadilla!

Ingredients
240 g plain low fat yoghurt
60 g mango
1/2 a granadilla
5 g coconut flakes
20 g granola
Method
Prep the fruit.
Add everything to a bowl.
Enjoy!
Tips/Notes
Chop up a bunch of mango and keep it in the fridge so that your prep work is done for the whole week.
Prepare breakfast jars by putting the yoghurt on the bottom, then the fruit, and the granola right on top.
Serve with 1/4 cup of berries if you want.
