Oat & Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1/4 cup oats
2 TBS chia seeds
200 ml milk
40 ml lite coconut milk
2 TBS honey
1 tsp vanilla essence

To serve (per person):
1 TBS cacau nibs
10 g granola
40 g grapefruit
40 g orange
30 g berries

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the chia pudding together in a bowl.

  2. Divide between 2 glass jars or tuppawares.

  3. Refrigerate over night.

  4. When ready to serve, top with cacao nibs, granola, citrus and berries.

Tips/Notes
You can swap grapefruit for more orange if you prefer.

If the mixture is too thick the next day, loosen with a bit more milk.

Leave off the cacao nibs if you want to.
