Blueberry 'Jam'
Add the natural flavour and sweetness of berries to your favourite breakfasts.

Ingredients
240 g blueberries
Optional flavours:
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp orange or lemon zest
Method
Place the berries in a pan with a splash of water.
Cook until the berries become juicy and jammy.
Smash them slightly with a fork.
You can flavour the jam further with vanilla, lemon or orange zest, or spices.
Store in the fridge until needed.
Use about 40 g as 'free' berry jam.
