Baby Marrow Overnight Oats

Ingredients

60 g baby marrows
20 g oats
150 ml milk
2 TBS cocoa powder
1 TBS chia seeds
1 tsp honey
2 tsp peanut butter
60 g blueberries

Method

  1. Grate the baby marrows.

  2. Mix them with the oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds and honey.

  3. Put into a jar and leave overnight in the fridge.

  4. The next morning, top with peanut butter and berries.

Tips/Notes
Multiply this recipe up to prepare jars for a few mornings of the week.
