Baby Marrow Overnight Oats
Sneak some veg into your breakfast to nourish and fill you.

Ingredients
60 g baby marrows
20 g oats
150 ml milk
2 TBS cocoa powder
1 TBS chia seeds
1 tsp honey
2 tsp peanut butter
60 g blueberries
Method
Grate the baby marrows.
Mix them with the oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds and honey.
Put into a jar and leave overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, top with peanut butter and berries.
Tips/Notes
Multiply this recipe up to prepare jars for a few mornings of the week.
